Highways Transportation


Little Rock is served by five interstates. I-30 and I-40 are major commercial routes from the east coast to the west coast. I-430 and I-630 are spurs linking these two together. I-440 serves the Port of Little Rock and Clinton National Airport.

Six major U.S. Highways and over twenty Arkansas State Highways connect Little Rock to the rest of the world. These highways intersect the metropolitan area and provide excellent transportation facilities unsurpassed in comparable urban areas throughout the nation.
